Green Bay Radiology physicians support hospital facilities, emergency room and urgent care centers, imaging centers, and physician groups throughout Northeast Wisconsin. You may receive a bill from us for radiology services or medical imaging exams during a visit to a site we partner with.

For billing records requests, the most efficient way to obtain copies of billing records is to contact ChartSwap at 855-879-7927 or via their website at Chartswap.com.

Patient Portal
You can visit your Payment Portal by clicking the link above. In your portal, you can access FAQs, provide feedback and chat with the customer support team. You can also use the Patient Portal to make a payment, check account balance, request a statement, update insurance information or set up a payment plan.
